Multiple Endocrine Neoplasias 1 (MEN1) is an autosomal dominant cancer syndrome with several associated endocrine neoplasms.
The typical tumors include parathyroid tumors (with hyperparathyroidism presenting as hypercalcemia and kidney stones), pituitary tumors, and pancreatic tumors (e.g. gastrinoma/Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome).
